po365 Terms & Conditions Governing Your Account, Bets, and Platform Use in Pakistan

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and po365 ("po365", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the po365 online gaming platform accessible at po365.net and all associated services, games, betting products, and promotional offerings made available to players in Pakistan.

By completing the po365 account registration process, depositing PKR funds, or participating in any game or betting market on the po365 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety. 2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to po365 and all its products and services is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. po365 does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or casino activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the po365 platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any corporate entity, agency, or third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player with po365 or subject to any exclusion order that would prevent your participation in online gaming activities.
• You have not previously been banned or excluded from the po365 platform for violation of these Terms or any prior version thereof.

po365 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time. Acceptable documentation includes a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identity document. Until verification is satisfactorily completed, po365 may restrict withdrawal access, suspend account features, or place a hold on any pending transactions. Providing false documentation to pass identity verification is a serious breach of these Terms and may be referred to relevant authorities.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one po365 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, po365 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

When registering a po365 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your po365 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. po365 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the po365 support team immediately via the contact details provided in Section 14 of these Terms.

po365 reserves the right to decline any account registration application or to close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, without obligation to provide reasons to the applicant or account holder.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All po365 account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the following payment channels accepted by po365: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, debit card, and cryptocurrency transfers via USDT TRC20 and USDT BEP20 networks.

Deposits made via Pakistani mobile wallet channels (Easypaisa and JazzCash) are credited to your po365 account balance in real time upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider. po365 does not charge a deposit fee on PKR transactions processed through Pakistani payment channels.

Withdrawal requests are processed by po365 promptly. po365 charges zero withdrawal fees on PKR payouts to Pakistani Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank account destinations. The time for funds to appear in your nominated payment account may vary depending on the payment provider's processing schedule.

po365 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly withdrawals above certain PKR thresholds. Verification requirements may include confirmation that the destination payment account is registered in your own name and matches the identity registered to your po365 account.

po365 does not accept deposits from payment accounts that do not belong to the registered po365 account holder. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party payment account may be returned, and the associated po365 account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the po365 platform — including HBL PSL cricket betting, Cockfighting markets, live casino table games, Jackpot Slots, and Treasures of Aztec — are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product. These product-specific rules are published within each game or market on the po365 platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by po365, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. po365 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed as a result of a manifest error in the odds, spread, or game parameters displayed on the platform, or as a result of a technical malfunction affecting the integrity of the game or market.

All casino game outcomes on po365 — including slot games, live dealer results, and table game outcomes — are determined by certified random number generation or by physical dealing and are not influenced by po365 in any way. po365 is committed to fair play and does not manipulate game outcomes.

In circumstances where a bet or game is disputed, the record maintained by po365's systems shall be the authoritative record of the transaction. Players who believe a bet has been incorrectly settled must raise the dispute with the po365 support team within seven days of the relevant result being published.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits, which are published alongside each promotion.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms, a wagering requirement must be completed in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered using eligible games before a withdrawal becomes available.

po365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. po365 also reserves the right to withhold bonus awards or reverse bonus-derived winnings if po365 determines that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, in violation of these Terms, or through any form of abuse of the promotional system. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonuses, or any other manipulative behaviour — will have their po365 accounts suspended and all balances forfeited.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the po365 platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any balances held at the time of suspension, and potential legal action:

• Underage Access: Accessing or attempting to access the po365 platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one po365 account.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment transactions, chargebacks, or reversals against deposits made to your po365 account.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market on po365.
• Money Laundering: Using the po365 platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. po365 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in relation to any such activity.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the po365 platform without explicit written permission from po365.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in ways that are contrary to their spirit or terms, including through coordinated wagering, use of multiple accounts, or deliberate pattern play designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting any technical error, vulnerability, or misconfiguration in the po365 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through technical exploitation will be voided.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

po365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: a player has breached these Terms; suspicious activity is detected on the account; a player has requested self-exclusion; verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable time; or po365 is required to take such action by law or regulatory guidance.

In cases of voluntary account closure requested by the player, any remaining PKR balance will be returned to the player's nominated payment account after deduction of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses. Balances derived solely from bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will not be returned upon voluntary closure.

If an account is closed by po365 due to a breach of these Terms, po365 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. Players who believe a closure has been made in error may contact the po365 support team at the address provided in Section 14 to request a review.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the po365 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, written content, software, and data — is the intellectual property of po365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use po365 intellectual property for any commercial or personal purpose beyond your permitted use of the po365 platform as a registered player.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the po365 platform without prior written permission from po365. Unauthorised use of po365 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, po365 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the po365 platform, including but not limited to loss of PKR winnings resulting from technical failures, network outages, or force majeure events beyond po365's reasonable control.

po365 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. While po365 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability for Pakistani players, scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and third-party technical failures may cause temporary unavailability. po365 will not be liable for any losses incurred by players as a result of such downtime.

Players who participate in betting and casino games on po365 do so at their own risk. po365 does not guarantee any outcome or profit from any game or betting market. Gambling involves risk, and you may lose PKR funds wagered on po365.

12 Privacy & Data
